I love making newbie threads but i like asking random questions haha
Anyways, i've tried alot of stuff like eating a **** load without lifting... why aren't i even putting on weight?
I've been told my metabolism is very very high and everything i eat just doesn't go on me... whats up with that?
I'm not very tall and don't weigh enough but if im eating as much as i can... i seriously can't eat anymore! Why isn't fat even going on me?
I know if i lift loads i will grow in strength and muscle but im just a bit confused here... haha.
It's got to the point where people are asking what i do because i eat all the time and they're asking where it all goes. I just say im lucky...
The doctor said if im like this now my metabolism will slow down soon enough but he said unless i eat **** all day everyday i wont be fat all my life... At the moment i eat alot of fruit and good carbs/fats and probably around 120g of protein a day (4000 calories average a day) I don't eat crap.
