So, I'm trying to bulk a little and have been for a couple of weeks. I have about 5 more to go. I'm getting over 3000cals per day and about 120-150 grams of protein, but I just started tracking on FitDay (yesterday actually), and have noticed that my fat grams are almost as much as my protein grams. The culprit is my breakfast. We have a cafeteria at work where I eat every morning. Most days consist of 2 breakfast sandwiches or the occasional french toast with bacon. The sandwiches are ham/egg/cheese, bacon/egg/cheese, or sausage/egg/cheese on either a biscuit or croissant. There is a lot of fat here. I always have a 12oz cup of 2% milk as well. I find oatmeal utterly disgusting, so that's out. I thought about just getting scrambled eggs and a couple pieces of toast with jelly, but the eggs here are less than pleasing. Any suggestions for making my breakfast better? The rest of my meals are easy, I'm just not a big breakfast person.
