    What do you think of my Push/Pull/Legs Routine?

    Here is my Push/Pull/Legs Routine...what do you think?

    Push:
    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Tricep Dips
    Bench Fly

    Pull:
    Bent Over Row
    Lat Pull Down
    Preacher Curl

    Legs:
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Hamstring Curls

    I do pyrmaid lifting by the way (start more reps less weight/increase weight and less reps)

    Whats the set/rep schedule?
    Some shrugs on pull day and calf raises on leg day would be good imo.

    The set/reps change from week to week. Its pyramid lifting. Weight and reps vary from week to week.

    Pull Ups

    Leg:
    Squat
    Barbell Hacksquat
    RDL's
    Green Tea
    17ys -175lbs
    Squat: 300
    Bench: 200
    Deadlift: 360
    Clean: 235

    No need to "pyramid"- most justification for that is bunk and does not work well for the average/unassisted lifter.

    Just straight 5x5 is fine. Id also Squat earlier in the week.
