For football, i am supposed to be doing this routine MONDAY TUES THURS AND FRI. The problem is that i cant always be at the gym 4 days a week and would usually skip a day. Heres the routine.

ALL HEAVY
Workout A-
Squat Jump 5x8
Back Squat 4x8
Deadlift 4x8
Horizontal Push (Bench, Incline Db or BB) 4x10
Kneeling GHR 3x10
Sholder Press 3x10
Tricep Extentions 3x10
Core Circuits ( Prone Bridge, side Brdige) 75 secs

Workout B-
Clean 4x6
Bulgarian Squat 4x10
Pull ups
Hanging Knee bent raises 3x10
Uprite Rows 3x10
Bicept Curls 3x10
Sit Ups 3x10

Workout C-
Snatch grip jump shrug 5x5
Push Press 5x5
Shrugs 3x8
4 way neck 3x10
Reverse Ab Crunch 3x15

Is there an alternate routine for me that includes these execises on MODAY WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY only and has plyometrics in between. Please help i need a solid routine to build on.

Could i just do Routine A monday routine b wednesday and routine c friday?
