I'm currently working on bulk. I'm at 188lbs and I'm 6'3" doing the WBB1. At about which weight should I start cutting? Or is there no formula and I just do it whenever I feel like i've gotten too fat? Sorry, if this a dumbass question, still a newb.

15% body fat or so is a good point to start cutting. But it's up to you. Just realize that...the more fat you gain...the longer it will take to cut.

Yeah, learn from me... I waited too long to cut and now I'm as fat as Cartman... cut sooner rather then later..
