    A quick question

    I've got a mildly scratchy throat so I was wondering would it make things worse if I went to the gym for my abs and legs workout

    I was just going to ask the same question.

    I got up this morring with a really bad throat and was wondering if I should go to the gym. The only difference is I train back and shoulders today.

    Does anyone know if it would make things worse ?

    you should be okay, but remember...recovery, affects your immune system, so you jsut might wind up sick quicker.

    I have found that when I have a sore throat that working out is painful. Breathing in and out really hard does not feel good. That and working out lowers your immune system. I would say take a couple days off. And take in a crap load of vitamins and OJ. That combo saves me from getting worse.

    me too today and I barred the gym off till tomorrow -
    dont want any snot on the equipment
