    Squats/front squats

    Im doing squats for boxing and football. is it best to do wide squats, middle, or skinny? thanks.

    All. Narrow gets more quad, wide gets more ham/Glut.

    Work on form. Do all of them. Front, wide, narrow.

    do just regulare squats......

    have your feet a little farther out the your shoulers look foward an go down and then drive through the feet....

    Medium stance. Get strong with it, then worry about all the other junk. Just get in a lot of squat reps, solidify your form.
