Best way to get a 6 pack?

Yeah I am currently starting a cut for the summer time and was wondering if sit-ups will do the job? How many aprox? If not, then what are some suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Muscular abs from training them + low body fat percentage through diet = abs. A few sets of weighted crunches once or twice a week is ok. If you're doing squats and deadlifts, those should hit your abs pretty good. What's your age, height, and weight? What are your stats? What do you think your body fat percentage is?

Also, this topic has been discussed to death ~> http://wannabebigforums.com/search.php?searchid=1011782

Cut to a sufficient fat percentage and do heavy crunches. I normally hold a 20kg weight on my head and do sets of 20 crunches at a time. That normally works for me.

When iIget to about 14% fat I can see my abs quite good, but thats me!
My mate is about 12% fat and you can't see his abs at all. Just cut and they will appear at some point...

I suggest you actually read a little when you join a forum instead of just posting.

I also suggest you post a similar question in the diet forum, as that's the key to your 'cut'.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
