We all take a week off now and again and many people say they come back stronger. Do you ever take a week off just for a certain bodypart, while continuing to train the rest of the body?
I'm not talking about injuries, just rest.

Yup, does a body good.
I haven't recently, though, since I've changed my training. I've been crossfitting for the last couple of months, and I'm stronger (new DL PR yesterday in fact), more fit, and I feel better (knees, joints, etc.) than I ever have. I don't feel like I need any time off.
