    On the go breakfast snack

Does anyone have a good breakfast snack that I could easily make or even better buy so that I can just get in the car and eat it on the way to school or at school? As of now I dont even eat breakfast which is probably not a good thing...

I came up with a pretty good idea... A toasted bagel (they have a toaster at my school) with peanut butter and a little bit of honey on it... i tried it today and it was pretty damn good, but is this healthy enough? I am 6'0 170lbs

the protein content is probably too low. if the bagel has 8g of protein and say 2 tbsp of pb is another 8g, thats only 16g. For the large amount of cals being ingested, the protein content is just too low.

What about a bagel, fat free cream cheese, and a protein shake?

Peanut butter is great. Stick with the natural kind, though (no hydrogenated oils, no trans fats, etc)

Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

peanut butter is great to eat, but look at it as a fat source and not a protein source. does it have protein?yes, but thats an added benefit. When setting up my meals and looking for protein, fat or carb, i put PB in the fat section.

I eat 3-5 TBSP of it a day (im bulking)

we make them two different ways (well this is while deiting)

    1) 1/2 cup oats
    2 egg whites
    cinnamon
    vanilla
just mix it all up and cookem like a pancake

    2) 1/2 c oats( you can really add as much as both of these as you want )
    1-2 scoops protein powder
    water till the right consistency
then if you want you can add cinnmon, vanilla and splenda but its not necessary when you use chocolate protein id you use vanillw i'd prolly ad em

    mmmmmmm sooooo good
