    Question Im new

Hello, I am new to these forums and I just have a quick question.

I am 17 years of age and ive been working out for about 7 months and right now I can curl 120 without using my back and 135 using my back. My goal is to reach 200lbs by the end of August. Is this possible? Any pointers?

Curl's are probably the least popular exercise for most the people on this board. And is there any point to maxing out on curls?

Anyways, if you want bigger, stronger biceps you'll want to focus on compound lifts that allow you to lift more weight - pullups and rows will go a long ways in helping your bicep development. Plus you'll be building a strong back - kill two birds with one stone.

^^ good attitude...but why not put it towards something more useful such as a 400 squat or 500 deadlift?
