The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Sorry, but is anyone else in an very good mood!?

    Completely random...

but who else is in a freaking good mood?????????

Im still on a high from the Chilis concert, I just had an amazing day with a girl. I did hell well in all my school grades, my parents are happy. My training finally has real direction and focus. My musical abilities are getting better and better....

    ****s just going my way!!!!!

I mean, you always get grumbling teens... but heck, life is so good, its so easy for us, I got everything provided for me, great school, a home and food, parents wholl pay for my gym membership and do anything I could ask.

That should be enough to make anyone happy, but when things are going your way on top of that, when your hard work pays off, when you start getting recognised, and when you become accepted, when you find one person who can put you in such a good mood you almost float...

You really cant complain can you?

Sorry for this... but Im happy, so bite me!!!
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

I am in a pretty ****ing ****ty mood. I took the weekend off from lifting and now I am sick...going on 5 days without weights. I feel like I am going to be set back hugely and lose any gains I had (I know, it's just how I feel.)

Also being at work while sick sucks....quitting cigarettes sucks...cutting sucks...

Besides that I am having a wonderful Tuesday morning at WORK.

I am angry. I'm hungry and tired.

As far as I'm concerned, you all suck for having good days.

    YES!

For some reason, lately me and most of my friends are all having a good phase.

Unfortunately this means things will suck soon (can't last forever), thats why i'm answering all my calls with 'ahh crap, is this gonna be bad news?'.

I'm in a great mood too. We just got back from vacation today. We went to Cleveland on Sunday and paid a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I was expecting it to be bigger and have a lot more stuff, but I'm not complaining. It was really good. Then we started coming home and stopped in Niagara Falls for a night. It was gorgeous. I just typed a whole blog entry about my trip and don't feel like doing it again so I'll just leave it at, I had a great time.

For everyone who did have a good day, hooray! For those who didn't, cheer up.

I'm in a fantastic mood lately. Just got a girlfriend, been doing well on exams, things have been going pretty great. Not a lot of time for the gym though unfortunately and I have been sick for a while, but that'll fix itself eventually.

My mood today was horrible. I woke up at like 4am and couldn't go back to bed, and then I get to school and I find out I have a track meet after school (I got 1st in the 400m with a 1:02.92 and a 13''7' in high jump), and then in PE we did fitness testing instead of lifting. I was so pissed. After cussing all 3 PE teachers out I just went and sat in the ISS room for that hour. If I get anything else, oh well. But today sucked overall.

    I'm in a good mood.

    Got a job
    Got lots of money
Counted 60 bucks in change last night from a old bucket of change I keep around (A really pleasant surprise)
My bench is finally going up, I've been struggling with it for MONTHS. Today is like the 2nd time in MONTHS that I'm looking forward to bench.
I got 30 euros for the pub on Saturday.
And my job is fun (its not the working part its the people part) we are having a lot of great laughs.

I figure one day he'll go straight down the hill and I'll hit rock bottom in a few weeks. O well we'll see won't we.

I puked twice yesterday and the only thing I could keep down was a cheeseburger from McDonalds (weird, I know). I slept 18 hours and haven't puked yet, so I guess I'm in a better mood. Too bad I have exams to study for...

EDIT: Just pissed my breakfast out of my ass, so back to grumpy
