    Temprature affect Mucsle Repair?

Ok, just a general question that may not even need to be asked but, when the temp is warmer my muscles stay looser, when its colder they are tighter. Does that make a difference in muscle repair time, since veins and such constrict in colder temps. To supplement that question, if that is true, would it make a difference to sleep with more blankets for more warmth thus quicker repair?
(I could be way off base here, but was just curious)
