I hit a pretty big box jump today for a set of 3, i'm gonna say it was 50 or 58 inches. I think it was a 3 foot box with a 14 inch box on top of it but the second box may have been 12 inches. anyways I felt it was pretty good after squatting singles on monday and being 10 practices into spring ball.
Progression went
1 leg jumps x 3 each leg at 36 inches for 2 sets
and then 1 set of 3 at 50 inches.
