I just noticed today that a moderate sized know is prevalent on my right shoulder. It doesn't hurt to touch or anything. I did hit chest pretty hard on Monday, cardio yesterday. I just noticed it. Would it be best to lay off shoulder workouts for a couple weeks?
Um if its a muscle knot why not just massage it?

wouldn't a muscle knot cause cramping/tightness? This one doesn't hurt or cramp. Heck I didn't know it was there till the light hit my shirt just right and it was kinda sticking up more than my other shoulder.
Maybe since his biceps increased 2 inches in the past month and 1 week, his shoulder is following suit...
