    Levrone to compete again?

I know not many of you don't follow bodybuilding, but rumors on other boards have Kevin making a run at the Olympia. I saw Kevin about a year and a half ago at Bev Francis Powerhouse. He looked to be about 190-200. He looked small compared to the mass monsters in the gym, but still ripped and faily large. Rumors had it that he was always pretty small in the off-season (200-210) but would turn it up and walk on stage at a ripped 240. His training was always very heavy and intense. He has one of the best all-time physique imo, and I would love to see him step back on stage.

    That would be amazing.

Yeah, I saw an article about it in MD or Musclemag, one of those. They interviewed him and said that if he does come back it would only take him about 18 weeks to get back into contest shape. Crazy.

LOL, I guess his "acting career" isn't exactly as glamorous as he had hoped.
He has a cameo in the new movie Redline. Check him out at the 1:13 mark:

Yeah, he was notorious for deflating in the off-season, then making a quick bounce-back for competition time. He has his body down to an exact science.

Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

I am SO glad I'm female.
Seriously - I had NO IDEA it was this complicated.
I just tell my husband he makes love like a God, feed him a steak, and I'm done for the day. Super easy.

Isn't it very strange for a bodybuilder to weigh more off season than in competition?

Not at all...if anything it's the other way around. The majority have to lose weight. Once they retire, that's when they deflate.

I don't like movies entirely about racing cars anymore. Fast and furious ruined that when they made 10 movies about racing cars.

He has a small role in the movie? That sucks, he made it out like he'd be a main character.
