    Co-workers' lunches.

What did your co-worker(s) have for lunch today.

    One of my co-workers had:
    Regular Sprite
LARGE slice of italian garlic bread
salad with tons of croutons and honey mustard dressing.
    Fruit cup in syrup
Large bowl of veggie soup and 4 packs of saltine crackers (8 crackers)

I'm guessing in excess of 1500 calories, maybe 10g protein, tons of sugar (or sugar-like carbs), tons of garbage fats. She doesn't think she eats very much, and wonders why she's fat. ("I only ate soup and salad today".)

Classic story. Reminds me of a girl I worked with at a health food store that thought she couldn't get fat from eating healthy food. She was about a deuce and a half.

Where is the bad fat though?

LOL, yeah i know a vegetarian chick who cant figure out why she has gained 45lbs in just over a year.

    -Chopped up Fruit for breakfast
-apple or banana for a snack
-lunch is usually pasta... lots of it or white rice, with a salad soaked in a thousand islands dressing
-supper you can imagine is more of the pasta, rice, potatoes etc

OMG. You should definately point out how much better you are than her. BTW that's nowhere near 1500 calories.

I did a comparison of my lunch vs. my coworkers lunches today. It was very interesting.

    Co-worker # 1 (woman, obviously)
    1 handful of grapes
    1 90cal bag of doritos
1 small salad w/ no dressing
    1 cup water

    Co-worker # 2 (man)
1 small bowl of soup from Safeway
    1/2 of a 6" sandwich from Safeway
    1 cup water

    My Lunch
1 12" sanwich from safeway (doubled the meat, 2 kinds of meat)
the other half of my co-workers sandwich
2 90cal bags of doritos which I stole from my co-worker
    1 Met-Rx Shake
    1 can of diet coke

Can you tell who the powerlifter is??

well since im a student ill compare to my roomate-

um lets see - nothing or maybe a granola bar - a lot of the time she wont eat at all untill like 5:00 then that will prolly be her only meal of the day - crazy i tell ya crazy!
Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

A broad at work has a cigarette and a diet coke everyday for lunch. "It balances each other out" she says. Who am I to argue? She's fine and has very large breasts...

People at work just always goto Wendy's or Apollo burger for a burger, fries, and coke. I've eaten out once with my coworkers. I work 3 minutes from home some it is nice to just run home, eat some good food, play some xbox and chill for an hour or so.

There's a girl at work like that. She eats like 3 garlic breadsticks, 3 fried cheesesticks, a can of pepsi, and a fruit cup... the kind drenched in that sugar syrup. Then she says "I don't even eat much" Then she snacks on buttered pretzel twists and microwaveable pizza things all day.
