    Lifting Exercises Online Pictorals?

    Hey all. Long time lurker, small time poster

    One of the guys at the gym this week had a self made binder that he had some printouts in it that that on the left side had pics of people doing a free weight exercise and on the right side of the page had a description of the exercise.

    Anyone seen anything like that online? Or maybe around here and I just missed it?
