I dont know a thing about nutrition while I am bulking. I am new to the whole weight lifting thing. I have been bulking for a month, but have only gained 10 pounds.
I am starting the WBB workout on Monday and would like to start eating right.
What are some good meal ideas and how many times should I eat throughout the day?
Also, are MRE's good for bulking? I know that they have tons of calories. My brother in law is in the Air Force and he can get his hands on a lot of them.
