    Natural Peanutbutter for bulkage

    I'm trying to bulk. I eat 3500 CLEANNNN calories a day, yet im losing weight. Can i just beast down a thing of natty peanutbutter a day ontop of what i am eating, or will this have some sort of severe adverse side affect?

    You want to eat an entire jar of peanut butter per day? I think that would definitely make you sick in the long run, that might be 500 grams of fat or something...

    acutally a whole jar of natty peanut butter is as follows:
    fat: 256g
    Sodium: 2g
    Cholesterol: 0
    Carbs: 96g
    -----Dietary Fiber: 48g
    -----Sugars: 32g
    Protien: 128g

    CALORIES: 3200

    i think thats a little excessive - eat more steak and lean ground beef to get some more fat and protein in your diet

    kyolked try drinking 2 glasses of milk with every meal. Ive found thats given me an extra 700 or so calories that ive needed to bulk.

    oh and i just randomly eat spoonfulls of PB throughout the day whenever i feel the need
    bench: 240
    squat: 260
    deadlift: 300

    height:6'
    weight:183 (12%bf)

    Good call with the red meat, I def don't get a enough.

    Wtf, do you honestly need another 3000 calories per day? Something tells me if you knew that you needed 3000 extra calories daily you wouldn't be worried about beasting down another jug of peanut butter, you'd have this eating thing figured out by now. Haha, why not start by throwing down 3-4tbsp/day, that's a few hundred cals, right?

    So you casually mention that PB jars have 256 grams of fat.... I mean, I've done some pretty sloppy bulks so far, but this is ridiculous...

    For someone who requires 6000 to 8000 cals to bulk, 256g of fat isnt that much.

    Heck someone could do a no/low carb bulk at 3500 cals with 256g of fat and the rest protein with low fat/high carb refeeds mixed in every week.

    Well if you require 8000 calories to bulk, then you're pretty experienced and already advanced and shouldnt need advice..
