    what happens when your diet

    is mostly carb., about 2 quarters but you train hard? Do you lose weight in the process and get lean? Do you get weaker? What happens?

    Weight loss is calories, not carbs. If your consuming less calories then you burn you lose weight, if you consume more you gain weight.
