i have this weird pain in my shoulder/trap. when i raise my arm to the side or reach up above my head i feel the pain.
its more like a pinch and not muscle pain.
it feels okay (mostly) during the day but it only starts giving my problems at night.
i worked out twice when it first started and there was no pain working out, only afterwards. i stopped since then just in case.
im trying to get into physio again...any ideas before i call the doc?
Pinched nerve? I don't really know. Where's ec or razor?
is it okay to do some light weights to help speed up recovery? get some blood flowing.
i've done very light pull downs and rows, shrugs, shoulder press and lateral raises. just trying to stretch everything out.
