    Hey real quick, does anyone know the formula to find out how many calories you need to consume daily to maintain your current weight?

    To get a very 'general' idea, take your current bodyweight multiplied by 14-16, depending on your metabolism. Thats not very accurate though, everyone is different.

    Track what you eat and track your bodyweight. If your bodyweight doesn't change, then you're eating enough.
