Yeah I just started the WBB1 routine and it seems to be a great routine for me. For some reason, my friends who go to the gym....think that its not enough? They always try and get me to do more sets and use more machines. I try to explain to them that im sticking with this routine until I do not see results anymore but they dont listen. 2 of the guys have been going to the gym for over a year and physically I cannot see any difference from when they started. Any of you guys run into this problem? Obviously their not doing something right. Just thought I would share. Thanks.

Just tell them this:
You do not grow IN the gym; you grow OUT of the gym.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.

Say the nice thing:
'You guys are probably experiencing atrophy. Maybe you guys should eat more, use more free weights, squat and deadlift '
Or say the devious thing:
'OK, continue with what you're doing and we'll compare results in future '
Big hiatus, deciding on new goals...
Better yet, say nothing and let them watch you get huge! Best payback evah!
Increase intensity. If they think it's easy then the weight isn't high enough.
Thanks for the advice guys. Im just going to keep at my routine and show these guys up.
