Friends think WBB1 routine isnt enough?

Yeah I just started the WBB1 routine and it seems to be a great routine for me. For some reason, my friends who go to the gym....think that its not enough? They always try and get me to do more sets and use more machines. I try to explain to them that im sticking with this routine until I do not see results anymore but they dont listen. 2 of the guys have been going to the gym for over a year and physically I cannot see any difference from when they started. Any of you guys run into this problem? Obviously their not doing something right. Just thought I would share. Thanks.

    Just tell them this:

    OR

    Say the nice thing:
'You guys are probably experiencing atrophy. Maybe you guys should eat more, use more free weights, squat and deadlift '

    Or say the devious thing:
'OK, continue with what you're doing and we'll compare results in future '

Hey, that's reason enough right there to ignore these guys. Let them do their thing.

In a few more months when you're bigger, stronger, and better looking than they are, they'll be asking why.

Increase intensity. If they think it's easy then the weight isn't high enough.

I'd say bet them a few hundred bucks that you gain more than them over the next 6 months.

They are free to post here and show us their routines and why they think they are better.

Personally, I think that if they feel WBB1 "is not enough" then they aren't putting enough iron on the bar.
