Yeah I just started the WBB1 routine and it seems to be a great routine for me. For some reason, my friends who go to the gym....think that its not enough? They always try and get me to do more sets and use more machines. I try to explain to them that im sticking with this routine until I do not see results anymore but they dont listen. 2 of the guys have been going to the gym for over a year and physically I cannot see any difference from when they started. Any of you guys run into this problem? Obviously their not doing something right. Just thought I would share. Thanks.
