This isn't about bodybuilding per se, but fitness related non the less. I need to be able to run a mile in 7min, right now I am super slow. I don't know how fast I can run it now, but I know I'm not fast at all. I have two weeks before I have my first deadline for running a mile, so what kind of progress is possible in 2 weeks? I realize 2 weeks is nothing, and so I don't expect to be able to do that in 2 weeks, but I'm curious what is normal expectations on improving running time. Thanks
