Well, just found out I'm going to Mexico again for 10 days. First time I went was bad because it was all junk food and no workouts. So this time I'm going to try to do better. I'm trying to think of what I can bring to get a decent workout in my hotel room. I got to fly with this and cross the border, so take that into account. I was thinking of maybe some bands so I can do some resistance training. Any other creative ideas on a "gym in a bag"?
That or throw some ideas out for a 10 day body weight program. It took me two weeks to recover from my last mexico trip, and now I got to go back. I can't keep playing catch up as these are going to become more and more often.
