Well I decided to quit a few days early. I just cant stand the damn diet anymore. I went down from 192 to 185. As much as it did suck, I have lost quite a bit of weight. Not much of a difference but still noticable. Some things ive noticed
1) ALOT more chest definition (which is what I was hoping for)
2) A little bit of definition in my arms
3) Smaller gut (although it could be smaller)
4) Love handles are going away
I think im at that body % that if I were to gain some fat I wouldnt look different but at the same time if I lost a little it still wont make a difference.
Ive got a long way to go but ive got a month and a half to shapen up!
Question: I dont do muc cardio except for walking, if I begin HIIT, will I see some rapid initial fat loss? Is it like working out in a sense that if your new to lifting yoll gain some muscle mass quickly? If I start intense cardio will I see initial fat loss?
