Is there a certain body fat percentage you try to maintain, or do you fluctuate depending on whether you are cutting and bulking?
If you fluctuate, do you bulk until you are at a certain percentage then cut?
I do not even know how to find out what my body fat % is. Although, Im an ectomorph and weight 130 lbs so I doubt it is too high.
Currently ~ 14 or 15% but nearing the end of my bulk. Goal is to get to 10% or less for summer and until my next bulk.
As far as bulking until a certain %...I would say just bulk until you look in the mirror and feel its time for a cut. Whenever you start to feel chubby then cut.
14-15% as well. I bulk till I've reached my goal weight, or till i am no longer satisifed w/ my muscle/fat ratio.

I'm pretty sure I'm in the 13-15% range.
Right now I'm 11-12% I used to bulk to 15-16% and diet to 9-10%. I'm changing this. I dont want to bulk past 12 or 13 in the future and cut to 7 or 8.
I'm looking for 8-9% within the next month.

right now 12%, used to be skinny twig but bulked up hard. I wanna get down to 9 ish by summer for das ladies : 0

8/25/07: 163lbs---------goal @ 185 by (5/1/08)

I'm somewhere around 20% and want to cut, but am still not happy with my mass. I will cut when I hit a certain weight, and bulk again when I like what I see in the mirror and want to put on size again.

Around 12% at the moment
i think im around 15%
Will be increasing that by quite a bit on this next bulk.
