I got my bottle of thermocin I ordered today and in the box it had a sheet with the top ten deadlifting tips. In these tips, it mentioned how the deadlift shouldn't be a weekly thing but should possibly integrated with some speedtraining. Can someone elaborate on this? Has anyone done this?
It says to do 60% of 1rm with 1 rep singles of 5-8 sets.
Weight:~160 @ 13-15 bf%?....starting figure after nearly a year of battling CFS/mono...so not too bad imo.
Don't know anymore..don't care atm.
