so i got squat max on friday and i squat 375 but i wanna get it up to 405. and its been about three weeks since i squat maxed at school and its comming round again. our work out on squat rack is like so.
monday:back squat 5x3 85% of squat max, military press 3x8
wendesday: front squat 5x3 85% of clean max, upright rows 3x8
friday: squat max.
so given the workout that i have to follow what would be the best strategy for me to follow so far as how much weight to workout with, so that i can suck out the last 30lbs. and when i'm warming up for my max how much weight and rep should i go throught. i normally do 135 for five reps then 225 for 2 reps and then 275 once.
