    I love them! All of them.

    Three, Four and Five bean mix. It's so great. Mix a bit with tuna, some olive oil and a splash of lemon and you're on your way to being big.

    Great source of protein.

    agreed.Bean salads,veggie bean burgers,beans and brown rice.So much you can do with beans.

    Ok here's my new recipe.

    4 cans of beans, 2 cans of tuna in pure olive oil. Lemon juice, bit of garlic, half a spanish onion and a ****load of salt. It totally rocks.

    I make tuna/bean "chili". Tuna, kidney beans, and chili seasonings (usually make my own, since commercial ones are too salty tasting for me.) I love beans for lots of things. If you use canned beans, rinse them really well, it cuts down on the @$$ explosions.
