    Increase Your Bench Press!!!!!

Thank you AtLargeNutrition for providing me with great supplement that has helped take my drug-free bench press to the next level. My favorite is the MASS STACK. Please refer me for your order.

I competed this past Saturday and raw bench press 474 @ body weight of 218.

I have the #1 raw bp in NASA, #3 raw bp in USAPL & #8 equipped(INZER) bp in USAPL.

March 2006 competion: raw bp 440
Dec 2006 competition: raw bp 462
March 2007 competition: raw bp 474

I plan to shirt bp 600 & raw bp 500 sometime this year @ body weight of 218.

I compete in bp and curl competition only. I did a strongman contest 5 years ago. I'm doing another strongman contest June 23.

    So, I can squat & deadlift 400.

    Thanks a lot,

It's not HIS product, it's At large Nutrition's product, who happens to sponsor this website. Besides, he's been here for a year, just doesn't post that much. I think he's just amped because he feels the products helped him and wants to give props to his sponsors and this website. Is that bad?

    Why?

Why not support something that provides you with a forum for excellent training and nutrition knowledge, a place to keep your own personal lifting journal, and that sells products that aren't crap? I know I would have been lost if I hadn't found this place early in my lifting career, and that's all thanks to ALN, Daniel, and Maki for providing this great forum! Thanks, ALN!

I'm shocked that I got negative post about ATLARGENUTRITION great product!

I'm excited how the MASS STACK has increased my drug-free bp.

The best is yet to come!
