Hey I've been lifting for quite some time but I've really been slacking for a while now. I'm really unsatisfied with my body and looking to get it in shape. Since I've still got a little bit of a gut I wanna try and slowly cut it off before I do an intense bulk. My goal is to up all of my lifts while cutting. I've recently learned how to do this the right way from some friends who are members here so hopefully this will be a success.
