Long story short, I went from 6'0" 200 to just over 270 in a matter of two years. One day after looking in the mirror just got disgusted and decided to never let this happen again. Now on a massive cut that so far has dropped me to 250.
*Edit* Ill post my macros for each day too. Today happened to be 210/103/48
Diet was great. Plenty of protein and not too many carbs. Kept the calories to about 1700. Drank a lot of water.
Started a new program with more volume
Flat Bench: 4 sets 8 reps with 95. Wasn't a lot of weight but not used to lots of volume, and was kinda tired, not necesarily out of strength. Last set I added 10 lbs.
Curls: 4 sets 8 reps with 55. Same Story here. Was really easy at first, but last 10 or so reps were brutal. Felt really really good after though.
After the lifting did some jogging for about 15 minutes. Tomorrow is leg day so don't want to run intervals tonight and be too tired for tomorrow.
