Well after seeing 300, i got inspired to finally diet hardcore and get my 6-8 pack so it has begun.
I will post my current picture now to give you idea of where i stand.
Basically im doing the low carbs high protein no bad or sugar foods what so ever.
Oatmeal in the morning and perhaps a sandwich for lunch that is all the carbs i will be consuming and then i will try some carb cycling days as well. For cardio im going to throw in some guerrilla cardio, along with that i do 5 days a week 2 hours a day of Jiu Jitsu and will lift probably 4 times a week so i have the lifting and cardio in check just the diet needs to be watched now.
I just did half of the 300 circuit and i almost puked.
