Ok, when I went to the dentist the other day, they took my blood pressure and they said it was a little high, like 127 over 80 or something...So, I'm thinking maybe I can lose 10 lbs. Currently, I'm 5-11 and weigh 230.
How should I figure how many grams of carbs I can eat at the most per day on a cut?
Is it based on weight or LBM? I'm guessing my LBM would be in the mid 190's.
Is it 1 gram per LBM or maybe .5 per LBM? Thanks for any help and sorry if this topic has been covered recently.
