is using straps on it a bad thing. my coach gave them to me to use before and they definetely made it easier. plus im pretty hunchbacked so when i deadlift its hard for me to keep my back straight because if i think about trying to keep my back straight ill probably loose the weight. so is it ok if im slightly hunched over in the beginning as long as im straight up when i finish. and last but not least when you pick it up can you just drop it, or do you lower it to the floor.
