    tendonitis

    A while ago I played super intense foosball and I go tendonitis. My elbows and my wrists hurt. How does this affect my weightlifting?

    You should stick to the foosball and skip the weights.

    If the pain is too much, than you should probably see a doctor regarding your elbow/wrist. I have a feeling you self-diagnosed your condition, but I could be wrong.

    If it hurts, I wouldn't lift for a while, until the pain subsides. Take some time off of foose, and see if things clear up.

    They do have bands you can wrap around your forearms that help with elbow tendinitis, so you could give those a shot, and see if they help with the pain. The patella straps work great for my knee tendinitis.

    are you assuming you have tendonitis or did a doctor say you did?

    My mom is a doctor and she said I had it. It isn't that painfull. I wouldn't have gone to a doctor for it.
