Split lower and upper body
When your doing a four-day routine, should you split up lower and upper body? For example Mon and Thursday would be upper body and Tuesday and Friday would be lower body. Or should you mix it up?
This is exactly what I did and I was making great gains. Every session my lifts would go up. I'm changing my routine now, because doing a split like that, I wasn't able to train everything the way I wanted to due to not having enough time.
so you mean two sessions a week on legs?
one should be enough, you can mix up parts of leg routines with upper body if you like
