    What is this?

    A glute ham raise?
    I heard they are really good for athletes to do, also reverse hypers. Anyone know sites that explain how these are done?

    Bench Press: 290
    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 380
    Total:1075

    Goals by September 2002:

    Jim check out elitefts.com and go to "ask dave" at the top of the screen
    When your there on the left side of the screen there is a excercise index. click on it and the glut ham raise is listed there
