    not too bad of a workout, i actually worked out with a 40 year old female powerlifter today. she could DL 275, and was probably about 170 lbs, i was super impressed. i'm going to be attending the SPF national championships in gatlinburg next saturday, my first meet, excited to watch and meet some people, maybe try to find some dudes to work out with.

    also, i did some strongman/GPP stuff saturday i forgot to post. i tossed my keg behind my head 25 times over a tree limb, it probably weighs about 40 lbs (still has some old beer in it), picked up my 265 lb stone 3 times, and pushed my truck around my driveway and back. all in all it was probably about a quarter mile i ended up pushing it.
