That should make it easier for you to sit back.

Keep at the knee stuff, its something that will bother you on and off
Thanks Lones! My goals are to just get stronger but I've always felt more comfortable with a narrower stance and I can hit depth easier. When I start squatting again I will play around with my stance like you said. Oh, I know what you mean about the knee. Mine has been off and on for over a year now, and the funniest/best part is, that it never hurts while squatting.

Thanks dude. I was kind of weary about it at first, but after taking it in training, it felt like nothing.

LOL I hear you. It's not super tight, but either way getting it off is not going to be fun

I was at 307 or so at the very end of the day yesterday, but my weight tends to fluctuate a lot during the day. Jumped on the scales this morning and was 302 or so. I'm still not eating crap, just a bunch of food like always. The Results 2x a day is really doing me up lol

I'll probably check my weight in the morning and decide what I'll eat for breakfast. It'll most likely be my Results, 3 eggs, and some Nitrean. Then I'll wait until after weigh ins to eat any more.

What's the schedule for lifting this weekend? Like pro/am split up? Just want to know when I should be expecting your results along with Travis and the rest of Westside.

No, its not a Pro/Am, its just a straight meet. We'll both be done lifting Saturday night.

Thanks for all the positive wishes guys. I did okay, not what I wanted, but I pulled out PR's.

I'm getting what some call a "second wind," but to be honest this is about the 50th wind I've had today, haha. So here's the report:

    Meet Report

Weighed in at 296 Friday morning. Checked in and took it easy all Friday, and boy did I bloat. I'd post what all I ate, but I'm almost ashamed LOL. I was 306 the night of, before Travis and I hit applebee's. Ate there, then 2 more times after that.

Didn't sleep too well, hotel had those sleep number beds and I wasn't too crazy about them. Couldn't find my sleep number I guess. The biggest thing that bothered me all night was the elevator was right outside my door, and every time the doors would close, they'd make my door sound like someone was running into it. Not sure of the mechanics or physics of it, but thats what happened.

Got up this morning and realized I forgot my chucks at home. Luckily, my mom was planning on driving up the morning of, so she said she'd bring them to me.

Well, there was a good bit of random snow and ice that hit us Friday night, so she was stuck in traffic for a car wreck for a long time. Basically I ended up being "that guy" squatting my warmups in New Balances. Of course they pushed me forward and I looked like hell.

She finally got there and I got my shoes for my last few warmups in my suit, I worked up to 510 in the warmup room. I went:

    1st: 550, smoked, 5 lb meet PR
    2nd: 600, smoked, 55 lb meet PR
    3rd: 650, cut it high

Cut it an inch high, no excuse other than I came up too soon. One more "back," and I would have been there. It wasn't bad coming up though.

Bench warmups felt good. I went:

1st: 335, no lift, shirt got ahead of me
    2nd: 335, good, 20 lb PR
    3rd: 365, no lift.

I really think my 365 was locked out, I was still working on locking it out when the head judge told the spotters to take it. It was there, we'll see on the video. I was pissed and wasted a bunch of energy being mad, lesson learned

Deads went okay, by this time I was getting tired. Things went super fast at this meet and had about 30 minutes between the time I got done benching, and by the time I started my first attempt. When I was taking my shirt off, Lou was warming up deadlifting.

    1st: 500, good
    2nd: 550, good, 20 lb meet PR
    3rd: passed.

1485 total, 120 lb total PR. Took home a goofy trophy for 3rd in the 308's

So I did so - so. I can't complain with PR's across the board, but I had much more in me. At least I got Brent and Keith both to not give me s*** for a while, LOL. I was in that Leviathan a total of 3 times before this meet. My squat attempts were all done with super loose straps, super loose wraps, and my belt on the last hole. I've got videos of the bench and deads for sure, but no one was there to video my squats. There was a guy who took video of the whole thing who gave me his card and said he'd send me my videos, so hopefully that works out. I'd really like to see how my squats looked.

Lou did a full meet and did well, Travis hit a PR, Paul hit 840 for a 5lb PR, Bologone came close to cracking 2800. It was a good meet
