I eat them for breakfast so I can get the anabolic effect all day.. The chocolate cookie ones are the best..

lol @ 2 inches of snow wrecking exams. Last time it snowed a few feet here people were riding around in snowmobilies through traffic, and I even saw a real monster truck driving down the highway (took 2 lanes).

Nice choice. I'm not a huge fan of candy though. But you can count on hiding your pop tarts

I think being able to use a monster truck as my primary means of transportation would be the one reason I may move to somewhere it snows a bunch, haha.

I've been to Toronto in the dead middle of winter, it snowed like crazy. When you were driving on the road, you couldn't see people walking on the sidewalks it was piled up so high in the city. People were driving like maniacs and I may as well have had a piece of straw hanging out of my mouth with a cowboy hat on taking it easy like we do In Tennessee

I couldn't imagine living with those situations. That's probably because I lived in Florida my entire life. I'm use to the heat and rain, but I will say that these past couple of days have been COLD.

The snow where I am from is crazy. Last year my car got snowed in.. you actually couldn't see my car because the snow was higher than it, i had to poke around with a stick just to find the thing.

Toronto is tropical compared to around me haha.

Good session, drove through some ice to squat today.

I've hit that same weight before, it was about 3-4 weeks before the pro/am and my bodyweight in the mornings was about 15 pounds heavier. So its looking good right now.

I need to work a little harder in the kitchen and get my weight up more. Everyone loves walking around with a bloated, red head. I'm working on a plan involving chocolate milk to help

I'd recommend the cambered bar squats with bands for those that have trouble keeping their arch. Lost my arch with one of the doubles, ground it out, but its insane how much difference it makes. The bar will pull you forward, and if you add bands the forward pull is essentially doubled. Its different than the SSB but just as hard, if not harder

Love my cambered bar and I definately feel the weight wanting to swing works the lower back like hell. I haven't used it lately with the addition of the yoke bar to the toolbox but I definatley need to come back to it. So many toys so little time!

Yeah, the one we use is one of the old school ones I'm not sure they sell anymore. We've been alternating straight, cambered, and SSB every week

Yeah, give it a shot. With the cambered bar its more just to get decent tension since the plates sit so low. But it really adds another element of difficulty to it

Those triples in the shirt are really killing me, haha. I really need to get used to volume in it, not too good at that right now. On the last rep of 365 the shirt got ahead of me and the bar drifted back toward the top. I decided rather than to get frustrated and miss another triple, I did a single because I knew I was running out of gas and called it.

Touching is not a problem what so ever, I really need to get my weight up to fill this shirt out.

I've always done triples in my shirt and it does suck so I know what your going through. The bench we have sucks so doing reps and trying to keep your form really sucks. Next time I get into a shirt i'll probably do doubles instead.
