The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Thanks guys!!!

And Brian, I didn't. I tried some Inzer ones off a friend and didn't really like them, they bunched up on me pretty bad. I still need to get some of the EFS ones. Just really haven't a spare moment! Training for this meet is almost done anyways.

Thanks man. I'm feeling really good. I was a little beat up towards the end of the training cycle, but things are feeling much better now. No elbow pain even. Openers are 750-435-625.

How about you? I haven't been able to keep up with training logs much, between school and work my schedule has been insane. Knee 100% I'm guessing?

That's good, I'm pretty much feeling the same way. I have a meet the same weekend as yours and I'm feeling ready for it. I'm still feeling a little beat up but not as bad, I'm sure taking it easy this week and taking next week off will do the trick. My knee is doing pretty good, but I still play it safe by adding my knee sleeves on after 4pps.
