    How come your not using the one board chrissy? Easy stuff with 325, looks like you have atleast 380 come contest time

    looks like your drifting to much over your head, i dont know the groove of the shirt, but can you bench more straight, not putting it over your head.
    I hate letting the bar drift over my neck or head just incase i fail it can be disastorous. I dont bench completly straight but only let it drift just above my upper chest.
    also looks like you have a well devoloped arch.

    Actually, we train to bring the bar low and flare back over the face. I just suck at doing it for reps, hence the dumps. Straight line I bench much less.

    Risk- Some weeks I use boards, sometimes not. I had the shirt jacked low on those sets, so I wasn't touching. By my next meet I plan on being good for 375+.
