How do you know if you have a fast metabolism or if you have a slow metabolism?

If you've been eating double cheeseburgers and pizza all your life and you still have a six pack; than you have a high metabolism.

**I've got a friend who is exactly like that**

if you are young you have a fast metabolism
if you are old you have a slow metabolism
    basically.
If you eat more than your own bodyweight each day in food and wake up the next day 5 kgs lighter - you have a high metab .
That was me thru my teens.

Ok. . . what about if you eat something high in fat and like 20 min your hungry again. Recently I pigged out on pizza, usually a few slices will fill me up but I just kept eating slice after slice not filling up at all finally I had to stop. 30 minutes later I was starving. Any thoughts?

There is also a possibility that you could be overeating and causing the stomach to stretch. Try to drink some water when you are hungry after eating. Endure it for a couple of days and see if it goes away.

I noticed it took some time with me.
