Im pleased with my back progress and my chest seems to be doing well too (although im still not happy with it it at all)
Age 18 (19 in a few weeks!)
Activity level before gym- ZERO
Lifting experience: 7 months
Big three:Squat- From 45 (bar) to 200 ATF
Bench- from 95 185
Deadlift- From bar to 260x5 with relative ease, I think I can pull 300
One thing youll notice is I have a wide back. It makes me look alot bigger than I actually am. I weigh about 187 on my cheap scale and 192 on my more expensive one. I was at 145 at around 15% bf and now I think im about 17-18% bf perhaps a bit more (all in the span of 7 months). Im going to try the PSMF diet and see how it works. I think I finally have enough muscle to justify a cut! I also have realized my arms carry quite a bit of fat in comparison with my body...
Things I need to work on (of course everything, but in specific).
1) Bigger chest
2) More muscle in my triceps (linked to chest)
3) Lose fat
4) Get laid
What is your opinion on my progress?
