    The push-pull-leg split is probably one of the best around imo...session looks damn good Kong.

    The last lift took ages and i didn't think i had it at one point but i didn't give up and locked it out. Thought i'd pulled my back out but stretched it out a bit and was good to go.

    Went to the hospital today and they said theres nothing more they can do for my finger and i may never regain mobility. Obviously im not happy so i'm gonna go to another hospital for a second opinion.

    Leg Press
    3x10 with 10 seconds rest between sets (Rest-pause) with 100/220
    Didn't enjoy it all. Weight was nothing but burnt like hell!

    Calf Press
    50/110x10
    100/220x8
    110/242x5

    Seated Calf Raises
    25/55x10
    50/110x8
    60/132x4

    Laying Leg Curls
    30lbsx10
    60lbsx6
    70lbsx4

    Missed legs last week so failed to PR on the ME lift and had an awful stomach (the runs and everything!)
    Otherwise a nice heavy session.
