    1 Rep consists of unracking the weight, walking forwards to the front of the rack and then back again.

    First time i've done these. The equipment at the gym is basically gas cylinders with concrete in and handles welded on. They weigh 70kg/154lbs each.

    Oh also havent mentioned ive been cutting for 2 weeks now. Aiming for 40g protein and 15g fat per meal and cycling carbs down from 50g per meal down to 10g by dropping 10g a week off each meal. I'm doing it over ten weeks so i will be at 10g/minimum carbs for 2 weeks then cycle back up to 50g to get metabolism going again. Been cheating too much and haven't weighed myself yet but must have dropped some weight as ive really cleaned up my diet and reduced my portions.

    Thanks man. Felt really groggy after that. Thin i put myself under too much stress with the yoke and farmers walk haha.

    You mention you're having so many grams of carbs, fat and protein per meal, how many meals a day are you having and how many cals does that notch up to?

    Are you doing any cardio too? Anyway good luck with the cut, still lifting really heavy considering you must be feeling a bit depleted from the drop in carbs.

    Aiming for about 40g protein, 30g carbs and 10g fat a meal, 5-6 meals a day. Ends up being about 2200 cals a day. Gonna drop carbs to 20 per meal next week then 10 week after. Need to lose quite a bit. Not started doing cardio yet but will do next week (boxing and bike riding). Also starting an Ephedrine-Caffeine stack next week for 4 weeks.

    Also as mad as it sounds read an article about a natural peanut butter and whey shake diet. Sounds a bit extreme but should work as the ratios are pretty much the same as a ketogenic diet and its easy to track calories. May even start this on Monday but will have 1-2 solid meals per day and include olive oil or groundnut oil as another source of fat.

    Always been quite intrigued by liquid diets, toying with the idea myself for when I cut. I suppose it's easier to tweak your calorie intake this way and you can be very accurate with your percentages. Would be interesting to see how you fared.

    What ephedrine-caffeine stack are you using, is it an over the counter one?

    No i acquired them elsewhere haha. Just 25mg eph with 200mg caffeine (Prolab caffeine tabs) twice a day. May just go psmf for 6 weeks, not sure yet. I can imagine whey and PB getting boring quickly just through lack of variety. Atleast on PSMF i can spice up some chicken for a bit of taste.

    Aye that's my main gripe with a liquid diet, I like eating food too much. PSMF is pretty intense, not sure I could hack it. Looking forward to seeing what you do anyway I've never done a strict cut so will be good to see how you get on, looking at running an ECA stack myself when I get a bit too chubby.

    Started PSMF today. Just started off with 2 scoops PhD Strawberry Pharma-Whey with my multivitamin/mineral, fish oil, glucosamine, eph/caffeine etc. Weight before was 250lbs down from about 254 a few weeks ago. Hoping to drop atleast 6lbs this week.

    Haha it's not too bad just gotta be careful it doesn't get infected. Might switch to a keto diet from PSMF. Dropped 7lbs since Monday even though i cheated Monday night and lastnight. Strength's not dropped though so what do you think? Stick at it another week?
