    Aye I agree with cocoa, if you're lost 7lbs and no strength it's working well. If you can hack the PSMF then do it for as long as you feel necessary.

    Haha completely f'ckded up the diet lastnight. Drank a lot of bitter and sugar filled spirits as i went out for a good friends birthday. Shot back up to 17st 11 this morning! Ah well just gotta get back with it!

    Monday 02.03.09 - Cardio

    Went to spot my friend today and did a bit of cardio as i'm getting some pre-flu symptoms so wanna sweat it out.

    Stationary Bike HIIT
    5 Minutes warmup
    5x30 seconds all out, 30 seconds steady at level 1

    Didn't do much but it made me feel much better as before hand i was getting cold sweats. Hamstrings and glutes felt ruined to say i was just on the bike for 5 minutes...im so unfit haha.

    Good session. Noticed that i'm lookin leaner this week but the ephedrines causing me to have sleeping problems so need to make sure i take it earlier in the day.
    Had a cheat meal after gym at my parent's consisting of Pork steaks, mashed Sweet Potatoes, brocolli, green beans, carrots, stuffing, roast parsnips and cheese sauce but barely managed to finish any of it which isnt like me. Had a glass of milk and a few small biscuits after to make the most of it haha. I have to say this is the first time i've noticed a diet start to change my eating habits as i felt really groggy after the meal.

    Yeah but it's took me a few weeks to actually go for more than a day without cheating to be honest. Finally got the e-book other day which helped a lot and its good to know i'm actually allowed 2 cheat meals a week. Weight on Monday was 259lbs and this morning it was 242 and even though i've been yo-yo'ing i can definitely tell i'm a little leaner. Plan to stick to it now as my cravings are much more manageable and i barely think about eating ****.
